1. Our main office will contact you to connect the dispensary’s payment system directly to your bank account, so when a customer pays for the product the money will go directly into your nominated bank account. Each transaction is charged (via the NAYAX card-reader) at $0.17, and each machine has $24 per month accounting fee (again, via the NAYAX accounting system – that charge will be debited directly from your nominated bank account and is a function of service contract with NAYAX, not with our company. We just sell the machine to you (with 2 year Australian warranty on all parts), and you connect it to your bank account via an easy-to-create account with NAYAX directly.

2. The Be Clean Dispensary is only to be used with the Be Clean Toilet Seat Covers – trying to put ANY other item in it will void the warranty and can cause issues with its ability to function.

3. An Installation Officer from Be Clean will contact you and walk you through the easy Step-By-Step process to get the machine installed and working. It’s a very simple process and we will get it accomplished together.

4. You will have direct access to our Service Department at all times for any service-related issue you might have or wish to communicate about.

5. You CAN ask (put the request in the NOTES of this order) for our Graphic Designer to contact you to create a new sleeve design for the machine to reflect YOUR business colours, add your LOGO, and bring the machine’s colours and general design to fit your restroom interior design style. – This service (inc consultation, drafts submitted, end result submitted and actual new sleeve created) is charged at $1,600 per machine, or is given FREE OF CHARGE for orders of 20+ machines.
