To be approved as a Be Clean ‘Community Safety and Higher Standards of Service’ provider, you need to have 3 toilet cubicles per female and male restroom.

A disabled people cubicle Dispenser can be provided for each disabled toilet and be installed at a  height suitable for wheelchair users. The cost of that extra Dispenser for approved partners is to be determined depending on the overall amount of Dispensers your business/venue/building requires.
